Orders: If you find something that you love in my ‘ready-to-wear’ collections simply place an order via my ‘Shop‘ (all pricing is in Australian dollars). Please include an email for correspondence and postal address where you would like your purchase sent.
My preferred payment method is PayPal for online purchases as it ensures a fast, secure service and I can mail your items quickly. Australian residents can make direct (EFT) deposit payment (for mailing within Australia only). Once your payment has cleared your item/s will be posted within 7 days to the postal address you have provided. If you wish to make your purchases by credit card payment this can be done by using PayPal as your payment type. I also have an Etsy Shop: My Etsy Shop (popular with international buyers) where you can purchase many of the pieces you see here on my website, however pricing will be slightly higher using this option.
For postal orders please allow up to 7 days within Australia, or 30 days for International orders to arrive.
NB: I am happy to offer refunds or exchanges on most ‘ready to wear’ items (with the exception of earrings due to health/hygiene reasons).
I cannot offer a refund on postage costs. If you wish to return an item for a refund, return postage must be paid by you, the purchaser. If you have any issues with your order or any questions please contact me via the Contact page and I will do my best to answer your queries.
Postage/Shipping On Items: I dispatch items to clients via the general Australia Post postal service and will include postal costs on your invoice. Generally the cost will be a set $8.50 (AUD) flat postage fee on orders as a whole, (e.g. whether you order one or multiple items you will be charged only one $8.50 postage fee) if posted within Australia. International orders will incur a $20.00 (AUD) flat postal fee per order as a whole. Orders over $150.00 receive FREE SHIPPING. I send out all orders by ‘registered/signature on deliver’ method to ensure you receive your items without mishap.
NB: Due to the delicate nature of my designs I pack all posted items with extra protective packaging to ensure they are delivered in their original, undamaged state.
